How it Works
- You view the options we have on our site of Bed & Breakfasts, Inns,
Lodges, etc. by selecting the Country, State, and City you would like to stay in. This
will bring up your exchange partners in your selected city.
- View the selected partners and make sure your chosen one has all the
amenities you require. Once you have agreed to exchange with your
partner, it cannot be canceled.
- Contact your prospective partner and tell them you are a member of
www.BedAndBreakfastOwnerExchange.com and would like to swap with them. Remember,
they are free to say "no thanks".
- Neither partners have to set a date to exchange immediately. One
partner may want to set a date and the other doesn't. That's okay. However,
we encourage you to have your exchange complete within 1 year.
- Members may exchange as many times as they wish - no limit.
- Members may nominate another person(s), apart from themselves, to stay with their exchange partner.
- When you are ready to book your lodging with your Exchange Partner,
all you need to do is contact them and work it out. Bear in mind
that your Exchange Partner may have some black out dates listed.
- After you have completed your exchange, you must complete our Feedback
Form. Your submission will be monitored for suitability (no sexual
or racial remarks, crudeness etc. allowed).
