- All owners must have a web site and e-mail address.
- You may enroll in Bed & Breakfast Owner Exchange if you own a rental Bed & Breakfast, Inn, Cabin, Lodge, Ranch or Cottage.
- WE DO NOT LIST HOTELS OR MOTELS.
- Members' Bed & Breakfast must be located within the 50 United States or Canada.
- Owners may exchange as many times as they wish, so long as they are a fully paid member.
- All Bed & Breakfasts listed on this site must provide a private bathroom.
- We reserve the right to refuse to list any given property at any time.
- If annual dues are not received in a timely manner, we reserve the right to delete your listing.
- Your annual bill will be e-mailed to you and will include a payment link.
- No refunds.
